The Region of Peel has more than 500 full- and part-time paramedics who respond to over 94,000 emergencies each year. Our paramedics are sent into the community from 17 paramedic stations located in the Cities of Mississauga, Brampton and the Town of Caledon.

At peak times, paramedics in 55 ambulances and eight Rapid Response Units care for nearly 1.4 million people and cover 1,225 square kilometres in Peel.

Peel Regional Paramedic Services also has 11 Supervisor First Response Vehicles, two Emergency Support Units, and two Bariatric Units to help care for Peel residents and visitors.
